What is Loan Smart?
Loan Smart is a pre-qualified loan platform built for licensed healthcare professionals in the Philippines. We partner with Zambank to offer personalized loan offers based on your professional profile — no document uploads required.
Who is eligible to apply?
Only pre-qualified healthcare professionals who have been invited via email or SMS can apply. If you received an invite link, you're eligible. You must hold a valid PRC license and be actively practicing.
How do I get started?
Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage or use the invite link sent to your email/SMS. You will verify your mobile number with an OTP, then complete a short financial survey. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes.
What documents do I need to submit?
None! We use your professional credentials and a brief financial survey to assess eligibility. No bank statements, payslips, or income tax returns required.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive a personalized loan offer with your pre-qualified amount and interest rate.
How does repayment work?
Repayments are made through Dragonpay, which supports bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and over-the-counter channels. You'll receive payment reminders via SMS and email before each due date.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Your personal and financial information is encrypted, access-controlled, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes, you can make early payments at any time through the platform. Early payments reduce your outstanding balance and the interest charged on future installments.
