1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Loan Smart platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Loan Smart is operated by Zambank and its authorized partners.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to licensed healthcare professionals in the Philippines who have been pre-qualified and received an invitation. You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid PRC license to apply.
3. Loan Application Process
Pre-qualification does not guarantee loan approval. All applications are subject to credit assessment and internal review. Loan Smart reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any application at its sole discretion.
4. Loan Terms
Approved loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules are communicated in your personalized loan offer. By accepting the offer, you agree to the terms presented. All loans are governed by applicable Philippine lending regulations.
5. Repayment Obligations
You are responsible for making timely repayments through the supported payment channels (bank transfer, GCash, Maya, over-the-counter). Late payments may incur additional charges and affect your credit standing.
6. Early Repayment
You may repay your loan early at any time without penalty. Early payments will reduce your outstanding balance and future interest charges.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection, loan cancellation, and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Loan Smart and Zambank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in connection with the specific claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
